Job Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within the company's systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail excellent typing skills and the ability to work efficiently and accurately to ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with the preparation of periodic reports.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve datarelated issues.
• Perform regular backups and data preservation tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and management.
• Provide support to other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Word) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
