Job Description:

Professional Qualifications & Skills:

Business analytics graduate with 2 years of experience in business data analysis and

governance

Experience of working with multiple stakeholders directly

Exposure to Google environment would be added advantage

Experience of tools used in statistical analysis and data visualization (Power BI Tableau and

Looker Studio)

Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and Pivot tables

Intermediate skills on SQL usage (Should be familiar with JOINS GROUP BY Indexing)

Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be quick learner

Basic knowledge on scripting languages like Python Apps Script is a plus

The individual is expected to demonstrate:

Convert data insights into storytelling for business stakeholders

Structured thinking and ability to work under tight timelines

Analytical and inquisitive mindset with enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation capabilities

Should be able to work under general supervision with limited review of work needed

Should provide guidance on data governance lead data related projects and contribute to

strategic decision making based making based on their expertise in handling and interpreting

data

Quickly learn and develop SME expertise on workflow data analysis tools

Ready to work in US shift Hrs

Primary Responsibility and Key Tasks

•Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

•Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

•Processing cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis

•To support with preparation of datasets for advanced analytics

•Create Dashboards from the operations performed on SQL Datatable

•Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

•Develop deeprooted knowledge of and expertise in the product vertical

•Mentoring new analysts with research requests establishing processes to bring them to scale

•Make high quality presentations for leadership consumption
