As a Workstation Software Management Technician you will:

• Work against the ticketing system to ensure all incoming Incidents and Service Requests are handled and resolved within the agreed SLAs.
  
• Perform secondlevel application and configuration troubleshooting on all networkconnected clients.
  
• Assist in patch remediation activities as required.
  
• Manage the installation configuration and administration of MS Windows (8.1/10) and MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019).
  
• Handle software packaging and deployment.
  
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues with networkjoined clients.
  
• Operate application provisioning technology and client provisioning.
  
• Install and document remote application provisioning services.
  
• Ensure security updates and system hardening.
  
• Engage in system engineering and administration.
  
• Manage workstation creation and maintenance.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in system administration.
  
• Extensive experience with MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) and workstation (Windows 8.1/Windows 10) Operating Systems.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (2016/2019).
  
• Handson experience with MS SCCM.
  
• Knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policies.

Als Business Process Analist ga je: Beheerprocessen ontwikkelen en verfijnen op basis van het Referentie Target Operating Model (RTOM). Vereisten verzamelen, analyseren en vertalen naar effectieve doeldesigns. Het ontwerp en de implementatie van processen faciliteren door middel van workshops en discussies. Procesresultaten beschrijven in documentatie van High-Level Design. Processen monitoren en modelleren om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de ontwerpeisen en operationele vereisten. Procesontwerpen afstemmen met gerelateerde outputs, waaronder aanbestedingsdocumenten en transitieplannen. De overgang van high-level ontwerpen naar gedetailleerde ontwerpen en de bouwfase tot en met de oplevering co rdineren en valideren. Besluitvorming over cruciale keuzes met architectonische impact voorbereiden, begeleiden en formaliseren. Wat je meebrengt: Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als procesanalist of in een vergelijkbare rol. Expertise in architectuurmethoden, -technieken, -tools en -kaders. Vaardigheid in business process modeling. Kennis van industriestandaarden, best practices en technologie n. Ervaring met IT-infrastructuur en bijbehorende diensten. Aantoonbare ervaring met een groot stakeholderveld en complexe organisatiestructuren. Ervaring in organisaties met 3000+ werkplekken. Kennis van TOGAF (TOGAF-certificering is een pr ). Relevante certificeringen zoals AGILE/SCRUM zijn wenselijk. Kennis van het IT for IT-model. Ervaring met ServiceNow en aanbestedingstrajecten is een plus.
