Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their unique challenges and business goals.

Apply advanced analytics techniques to derive insights and solutions tailored to client needs.

Develop and present strategic recommendations and insights to stakeholders.

Design and implement analytics solutions that integrate data science and engineering components.

Support project execution through effective stakeholder management and project governance.

Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in healthcare analytics.

Desired Profile:

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry particularly in areas such as clinical management provider management and healthcare operations.

Proficiency in medical coding processes and categories.

Experience in applying data science machine learning and AI techniques to healthcare data.

Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable analytics solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Proven track record in delivering analytics projects and driving measurable business outcomes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field and with total 10 years of experience.

Advanced degree in healthcare management data science or a related discipline preferred.
