Location: Pune India
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all culinary operations for the resort's wedding and MICE events.
Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse client preferences and dietary restrictions.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality presentation and service.
Collaborate with event planning teams to create seamless culinary experiences.
Train and mentor kitchen staff fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
Manage inventory procurement and kitchen budgets efficiently.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role in highend hospitality settings.
Strong background in catering for weddings and largescale events particularly in the MICE sector.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Salary: Up to 28 Lac PA Little Negotiable for the right candidate
Age Requirement: Minimum 45 years and above
Experience: MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) experience preferred
