Hiring for the Position of Corporate Chef
Location: Pune India

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all culinary operations for the resort's wedding and MICE events.

• Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse client preferences and dietary restrictions.

• Ensure the highest standards of food quality presentation and service.

• Collaborate with event planning teams to create seamless culinary experiences.

• Train and mentor kitchen staff fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.

• Manage inventory procurement and kitchen budgets efficiently.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role in highend hospitality settings.

• Strong background in catering for weddings and largescale events particularly in the MICE sector.

• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.

• A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Salary: Up to 28 Lac PA Little Negotiable for the right candidate
Age Requirement: Minimum 45 years and above
Experience: MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) experience preferred
