Senior Accountant (LATAM) Multinational Experience

Location: Latin America (Nearshore)

Hours: 9:30am5:30pm EST

Type: Fulltime

Job Overview:

You'll be responsible for accurate financial reporting and analysis across multiple organizations. Key tasks include bookkeeping invoicing FP&A analysis and monthend reconciliation. Experience with US based companies financial modeling and compliance with U.S. GAAP is essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping invoicing and monthend reconciliations

Perform FP&A analysis and develop financial models

Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance

Support M&A activities as needed

Use QuickBooks Online for accounting

Work with CRM tools like Harvest and Parallax

Communicate effectively in English

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting Finance or related field

5 years of accounting experience (3 with Big Four)

Strong Excel and QuickBooks Online skills

Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Harvest Parallax)

Excellent English communication skills

Preferred:

CPA designation

Experience in financial modeling FP&A and M&A

Previous U.S.based organization experience
