About the Role
The Senior Tax Accountant plays a key role in the preparation and review of financial accounting and compliance services to our clients. The role presents a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to quickly become a key contributor to our clients fastgrowing team. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and review of income tax and FBT returns
- Preparation and review of BAS and IAS
- Xero setup and training (inc. COA)
- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts receivable processing
- Reconciliations and review
- Payroll calculations review and related administration
- Coaching mentoring and guiding direct reports including training other team members across the Tax and Accounting team.

Requirements
About You
You will bring your positive cando attitude entrepreneurial mindset professionalism and customer service focus and you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce Accounting Business Administration/Management (or a related field)
- Current professional Accounting registration (CPA/CA etc.)
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in Australian tax and accounting
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- A strong commitment to customer service confidentiality and continuous improvement
