Job Description
- Analyze troubleshoot and evaluate technology issues for internal clients or external customers.
- Perform remote troubleshooting of desktop issues to resolve technical problems efficiently
- Perform network maintenance tasks to ensure networks operate correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic LAN/WAN issues to maintain network stability.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to address technical issues and improve system performance.
- Maintain knowledge of computer operating systems hardware and software.
- Apply knowledge of engineering science and technology to support and maintain IT systems.
- Thoroughly document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all support activities.
- Must have an A MCSA or HDI Service Desk Certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer operating systems hardware and software.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for LAN/WAN issues.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting of desktop issues.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technical issues systematically.
- Strong problemsolving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- A MCSA or HDI Service Desk Certification or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner
