We are seeking an Account Manager/Sales Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding new business goals by writing various types of insurance such as auto insurance homeowners insurance and commercial insurance.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly new business goals
- Prospecting new business policies by crossselling existing clients taking incoming new business calls calling on previous quotes/win backs etc.
- Binding processing and handling all customer/document follow up associated with writing new business policies
- Various customer service as assigned
- Attend a once a week in person networking meeting to acquire new business prospects
Requirements
- Must have a 220 insurance license
- Property and casualty product knowledge with at least 3 years of experience
- A natural desire to help customers
- Willing to follow processes and instructions
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
