Job Description

Our client is a rapidly expanding Floridabased company leading the market with its line of electrical wiring devices and other MRO product offerings in residential and commercial spaces. Our success is built on strategic solid supplier relationships and innovative ideas through R&D serving US customers with quality MRO products and services. You will be in a dynamic environment with new business development opportunities and unlimited earning potential.


Required:

  • Electrical or Building Material background.
  • Manage coach train and mentor a team of agency reps in your RSM while working with your colleagues to drive sales the share of wallet and positioning.
  • Spend most of the time hunting new customers with or without agency reps assistance (60% of field time).
  • Provide sales and technical coaching to ensure sales agents have the requisite skills to achieve sales goals.
  • Responsible for their Product Sales overall sales performance and positioning in the assigned RSM.
  • Determine and implement the RSMs sales strategy and expectations with agencies and customers within the broader business strategy to be the best provider.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned RSM focusing on achieving RSM sales objectives. The primary focus is sales growth with added customers (who have not bought in >1 year).
  • Conduct field visits to assist your assigned agents sales team and drive product demand (field visits should account for 60% of RSM work time).
  • Provide training to the Architects specifiers contractors and end users on the value of products in assigned RSM.
  • Manage the RSMs budget (breaking down targets by agency) and assist in determining the ideal sales TSM size (agency) to achieve maximum profitability and sales.
  • Ensure brand representation at industry trade shows and other similar events.
  • Maintain a complete and thorough database of contacts (phone numbers emails primary contacts etc.) for marketing interaction.
