Talentry is looking for both a Product Engineer AND a Sr. Project Engineer with Aerospace experience.

The (Sr.) Project Engineer is responsible for leading and/or assisting in the planning execution and delivery of complex projects within the organization. This involves coordinating crossfunctional teams managing project timelines and budgets and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables in aircraft seat design (LOPA).
  
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  
• Lead and/or assist in the execution of project activities ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  
• Monitor project progress track key performance indicators and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  
• Manage project budgets and ensure costeffective resource utilization.
  
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  
• (Sr. only) Mentor and provide guidance to junior project engineers fostering their professional development.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering or a related field.
  
• Catia AutoCAD PLM
  
• Proven Aerospace experience
  
• 5 years (Sr. 8 years) of experience in project engineering or project management.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  
• Proven ability to lead and/or support crossfunctional teams.
  
• Excellent problemsolving decisionmaking and analytical skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• PMP certification is a plus.
