Job Description

Location: Mark Center Alexandria and Pentagon
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: Bachelor s Degree

Overview:
Leverage your understanding of the Programming Planning Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process to support current and future education and outreach program management activities through the PPBE lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in DoD CIO CAEO PPBE efforts by advising during internal budget formulation and execution fulfilling annual budget certification requirements under 10 U.S.C. Section 142 and contributing to the development and publication of annual Capability Programming Guidance.
  • Review and analyze current budget plans and historical data to provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing budget execution.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses to assess budget performance and identify variances.
  • Ensure all budget activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders regarding budget status and financial performance.
  • Support efforts to ensure DoD Cyber capabilities align with all DoD CIO programmatic and budget guidance.


Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree
  • Experience in DoD Space
  • Experience in gathering data organizing information analyzing historical results making forecasts and projections
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools especially Excel Access and PowerPoint
