MUST HAVE A 215 OR 240 HEALTH LICENSE (FL).

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Your main goal as our Sales Agent will be to generate new business by connecting with potential customers.
  
• Conduct a thorough needs analysis with each client and determine the most appropriate insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from the carriers we represent
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST have a 215 or 240 Health License (FL)
  

• Ability to pass a background check
  

• One year of ACA (Affordable Care Act Marketplace plans) selling experience preferred
  

• Inbound call center experience is strongly preferred but not required
  

• Proficiency in computers and CRM software
  

• Bilingual (English & Spanish/Creole) a plus
