What you will be doing:

• Handle litigation matters related to business commercial trust & estate and real estate.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings hearings and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and opposing counsel.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience you will need:
3 to 7 years of litigation experience preferably in business commercial trust & estate or real estate.
Strong academic background with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results in litigation.
Exceptional communication analytical and writing skills.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility to become admitted).
