Job Description
- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Bid Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids for construction projects. Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure all requirements are included in the bid.
- Technical Analysis: Evaluate mechanical design and engineering details to assess cost implications. Provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.
