Nursery Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join our management team at our lovely Beaumont House Nursery in Twickenham. Working a 38 hr week salary is c 36k plus loads of great benefits. We are on lots of good transport links to get to our Nursery.

Beaumont House Nursery is based in Twickenham High Street part of CC Nurseries Group a 92 place lovely nursery that has been designed to spark curiosity and imagination and each room is filled with handpicked resources to encourage selfdirected play and discovery together with the love for the outdoors where the children not only have access to outdoor space at the rear of the nursery to enjoy but regularly take trips to local green spots to enjoy fun in the fresh air! Requirements

As a Nursery Deputy Manager you will:

Support all teams within the Nursery working alongside the Manager.

Work alongside the manager in the day to day operations of the Nursery.

Ensure that all teams are providing stimulating and purposeful experiences environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child staff parent and visitor always

Lead and support your teams together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always.

Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS Curriculum and Ofsted

Qualified level 3 or above with at least 4 years experience of working in a Nursery and at least 2 years experience of a leadership similar role.
