Senior IT Solution Engineer

• You contribute to smooth operational processes by providing managing and optimizing the internal IT systems landscape
  
• You re actively working within the ITService Desk providing users with everything they need to do their best job
  
• You understand the needs and processes of Wandelbots users and come up with solutions to streamline work processes by integrating and automating workflows with the help of SaaS tools
  
• You bring a customerfirst mindset and aim to improve the user experience of our IT services.
  
• You love working within a variation of cloudbased tools and services and set up solutions that are costeffective and deliver value
  
• You break down complex technological topics and help nontechies understand possibilities and limitations
  
• You support projects with IT deliverables and bring Wandelbots one step further in our mission to democratize robotics every day
  

Requirements

• You have min. 3 years of experience within IT Operations and Support
  
• You have experience managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware within an Microsoft Cloud environment
  
• You have experience working and supporting a broad range of major cloud software (e.g. Atlassian Stack Microsoft Azure and 365 Slack Salesforce)
  
• You are familiar with the IT Service lifecycle and tools supporting it (e.g. Jira ITAsset Management Database Intune)
  
• Your work prioritisation skills are very good and you can handle ambiguity easily
  
• You have a good understanding of business processes and can map them to IT services
  
• You have a cando attitude and are willing to learn new things from theory to practice with a strong attitude towards delivery
  
• Your communication and documentation skills are excellent.

• You are fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
