Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Install configure and maintain Linux servers.
  
• Troubleshoot operating system issues and ensure system stability.
  
• Implement security policies and patches.
  
• Manage and maintain VMware virtualized environments.
  
• Provision configure and optimize virtual machines.
  
• Monitor resource usage and optimize performance.
  
• Assist with network issues and inquiries.
  
• Perform basic configuration of network devices and protocols.
  
• Collaborate on network security measures.
  
• Document system configurations processes and solutions.
  
• Maintain and update technical manuals.
  
• Diagnose and resolve IT faults and issues.
  

Job Requirements

• Education and Experience:
  
• Technical training or studies with initial relevant professional experience.
  
• Skills and Knowledge:
  
• Proficient in administering Linux operating systems.
  
• Experienced in configuring and managing VMware environments.
  
• Basic understanding of network technology.
  
• Proactive and solutionfocused approach.
  
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (minimum C1 level).
  
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
