Job Summary
Our client is seeking for a motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Executive to join their dynamic HR team. The Senior Recruitment Executive will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts across various departments within our organization. This role involves sourcing phone screening and selecting qualified candidates through effective channels and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment process for various roles from identifying staffing needs to candidate onboarding.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards social media platforms professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Conduct phone screening interviews to assess candidates skills experience cultural fit and career goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule interviews communicate interview details to candidates and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment salary and benefits packages as needed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization and are set up for success from day one.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of recruitment activities including candidate pipeline status hiring metrics and recruitment costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (at least 3 years) or similar role in HR.
- Solid understanding of fullcycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment tracker and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
