DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

  • Establish and maintain an orderly project documents filing system.
  • Ensure effective clerical and secretarial functions word processing and general office systems and procedures (including filing distribution and database recording.
  • Ensure effective site communication (incoming and outgoing mails telephone service etc.)
  • Consolidate Equipment Operator Daily Time Record from project sites.
  • Prepare summary of Equipment Operator Daily Time Record per equipment per project based on approved format for HR C & C and Commercial use.
  • Send all the EODTR files (scanned & summary) to QMS Commercial Credit & Collection and Human Resources team.
  • Ensure regular updating of the documentation logs and all pertinent records are kept securely.
  • Secure closeout document and ensure all are electronically archived as well (through document scanning where signatures and receiving copies of closeout document are done)
  • Establish a good communication & relationship with team and superior

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/college degree.
  • Preferable 6 months to 2 years experienced employee specialized in Clerical/ Administrative support or equivalent.
  • With ISO exposure
  • Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Bubuyan Calamba City Laguna.
