Job Title: Sales Director (Remote San Francisco)

Job Summary: The Sales Director will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for our BPO and outsourcing services. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in BPO sales and a deep understanding of the outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets building strong client relationships and leading a highperforming sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO and outsourcing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Lead mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking activities to promote the company and its services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7 years of experience in sales with a focus on BPO and outsourcing services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the BPO and outsourcing industry including market dynamics and key players.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
