Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join the growing team directly report to Deputy CFO & Group CFO. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company including budgeting financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of success in managing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the companys financial stability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the companys budget and financial planning process providing regular reports and analysis to senior management
• Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to increase profitability and efficiency
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Manage cash flow and forecasting making strategic decisions to optimize the companys financial position
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys overall goals and objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals providing guidance and support to ensure their continued growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CA/CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance management role preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Proven track record of success in driving financial performance and implementing process improvements
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
