Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our esteemed Property team in our Kent office.

Role Details

• Type: Fulltime position
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Flexibility: Hybrid working options available

Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Partners and team members as well as independently handling a variety of conveyancing tasks.
• Client Relations: Utilize exceptional communication skills to build and sustain relationships with clients colleagues and other teams within the firm.
• Business Development: Engage in activities to promote the firm both internally and externally aiming to attract and retain clients.
• Conveyancing Expertise: Independently manage residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision while contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Workload Management: Prioritize tasks to ensure excellent client service meeting or exceeding targets and goals. Proficiency with IT and case management systems is advantageous

Qualifications

Position open to all : Solicitors Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience.
