One of our clients a cinema chain and part of an entertainment company operating in Indonesia and overseas is looking for a Accounting Finance and Tax Manager with the following details:

Job Description :

To undertake all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting regulatory and financial reporting budget and forecasts preparation as well as development of internal control policies and procedures;

Responsibilities for financial risk management;

Managing all finance and accounting operations;

Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances;

Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements;

Manage all accounting operations including Billing A/R A/P GL and Counsel Cost Accounting Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition;

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances;

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements;

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting;

Research technical accounting issues for compliance;

Support monthend and yearend close process;

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;

Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings;

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;

Responsible for internal and external audit;

Responsible for stock inventory control;

Responsible for monthly MIS report;

Prepare of Corporate Income Tax Calculation and also completeness with Fiscal Correction;

Calculation Fixed Assets both from accounting & tax point of view;

Make Recapitulation controls for each month;

Review Contracts from tax liability angle;

Coresspondence with the Tax Office;

Additional controller duties as necessary;

Requirements :

Proven working experience as a Finance Accounting & Tax Manager;

5 years of overall combined Finance AccountingTax and Audit experience; prefered from retail F&B or Cinema Industry.

Advanced degree in Accounting;

CPA preferred;

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;

Experience with creating financial statements;

Experience with general ledger functions and the monthend/year end close process;

Experience handling at least 10 branches / stores

Excellent accounting software user and administration skills;

All Salary in gross based BPJS only Contract based yearly
