Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk reports directly to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for collecting payments due. This role involves reviewing collections data contacting accounts to ensure payments and processing payments via credit card through ServiceTitan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review collections data from the previous day week and month.
• Call email and SMS all due accounts.
• Make 150 contacts a day.
• Take payment via credit card through ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Strong English language ability.
• Experience in accounts receivable or related financial operations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
