Job Description:

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced lawyer to become the lead for property litigation within a wider team working with highquality commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of litigation matters including commercial disputes landlord and tenant issues construction disputes and contested probate.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients ensuring they understand their options and potential outcomes.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings witness statements and briefs.
• Represent clients in court arbitration and mediation.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with all parties involved in litigation.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (PostQualified Experience) in general litigation.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial litigation particularly in the areas of the Tenant and Land Act building and contracting disputes and contested probate.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills excellent written and verbal communication abilities detailoriented with exceptional organisational skills ability to manage a demanding caseload and work under pressure and a commitment to providing highquality client service.
