Fitout Site Supervisor Commercial Construction

About the Role:
This role is a fixed-term contract role for 6 months, with the potential to join the team permanently.

We are currently partnered with a Commercial Builder, who are looking for a Site Supervisor for a project in Perth. Our client is a leading construction company known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. The team is dedicated to providing superior construction services and creating lasting relationships with their clients.

Project Details: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee a high-end fit-out project in the CBD of Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.
• Ensure the secure handling of all materials and information related to the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, particularly in high-end fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable.
