HR Assistant FM - Apprenticeship

We are looking for workstudy HR Assistants (F/M) for a 2 year apprenticeship contract.

Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Groups headquarters located in FontenayauxRoses (92) in the south of Paris France you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personnel administration : prepare various declarations to social organizations
• HRIS: record and update employees data
• Update job descriptions
• Recruitment: publication of offers selection of CVs liaison with operational staff on followup to applications organization of interviews followup with applicants.
• Training: record and update employees and training datas in our training platform; training searches registration and followup with trainee and training organization
• Monitor and consolidate group data for training recruitment and other indicator
• Work on a variety of HR projects

PROFILE

• Masters Degree Level in HR (BAC4/5)
• A first experience in HR would be appreciated
• Minimum intermediate (B2) level in English is required (written and oral)
• Fluency in French is required (written and oral)
• Good adaptability you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
• You have good interpersonal skills
• You are rigorous wellorganised and autonomous
