Were looking for a motivated Entrepreneur Graduate Program Growth & Go To Market (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its gotomarket strategies. In your daytoday work youll ensure that our portfolio companys businesscritical services are optimised and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: Founded in 2021 with its HQ in Berlin/Germany the company runs a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth. The companys mission is to unlock the vast potential of crossborder supply for the Western Market by providing global access to highquality products through their innovative platform. Since the launch in January 2022 the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has already successfully served hundreds of companies.

In this role youll:

• Growth & Business Development: Identify potential partnerships build a revenue pipeline and explore growth opportunities for the company
• Gotomarket Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential threats in the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to guide decisionmaking
• Operational Support: Assist in daytoday operational tasks including project management team coordination and resource allocation
• Team Building: Play a role in building and nurturing a highperforming team by participating in recruitment onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Cross functions: Act as a liaison between different teams (Operations Procurement) and the founding team ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals

Your Profile

• You are curious and passionate about hypergrowth startups
• You want to change a traditional industry together with an international team
• You have strong analytical and communication skills you have ability to clearly articulate complex subject materials
• You possess a Handson mentality only the implementation satisfies you
• You possess a Bachelors degree or Master s degree in Business or a related field
• You bring first experience in a highly competitive and fastpaced environment such as Management Consulting Investment Banking Venture Capital or a highgrowth startup
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
