Compliance Officer

A wellestablished multinational conglomerate company located in Makati City is looking to fill a Compliance Officer role. This role is responsible for coordinating and setting up the BOD ManCom/ExeCom & Board Committees reviewing and updating internal policies & procedures to strengthen the internal control system cleaning up the balance sheet accounts and proper debt restructuring.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience working as an Auditor in the top 4 accounting firms in PH
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Commerce a CPA and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditor
• Working experience in accounting/treasury/internal auditing in the construction industry
• Compliance with GAAP and local regulations following international accounting standards
• Updated with current Tax regulations
• Project team assignment in the field covering LUZVIMIN areas
• Familiar with field work complying with the regulations on safety environmental and proper accounting & engineering compliance
