Job Summary:
Our Clients seeks a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve products and services.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the organisation..
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience of about 5 7 years as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of internet services and connectivity solutions.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
