Job Description
- Identify barriers, provide advice and support to DIP management and stakeholders in respect to at least one of the above domains
- Raising awareness, improving understanding and knowledge about Disability Inclusion Program to improve access, and create a welcoming environment for people with Disabilities in the company.
- Develop educational resources company employees to grow their understanding and knowledge around Disability Inclusion Program, through online and face to face opportunities.
- Produce reports on Disability Inclusion Program, using national and international insights as well as learnings from other organizations’ programs to provide D&I/DIP management with relevant and useful updates on progress being made against targets and objectives.
- Other tasks deemed necessary as requested from D&I/DIP management
