Job Description
- Ensure active and engaged communities around defined topics
- Manage the Social Media calendars and content uploads
- Develop and create ad-hoc social media content to enhance the community interaction
- Develop brand conversations in collaboration with the Business Unit Managers
- Manage the day to day details of the online community
- Monitor and participate in the online community conversations to build the respective Brands or Products
- Represent the company’s brands, by participating in online and offline community events
- Act as the intermediary role between the company and the community as part of the problem-solving activities
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Communicate any issues, opportunities and insights to the relevant business units
- Collect all community feedback information and develop the appropriate analytics and reports on a regular and required bas
