Job Title Cisco Wireless Network Engineer

Location Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Design implement and maintain network infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and manage Cisco DNAC for network automation provisioning and assurance.
• Deploy and manage Cisco Wireless infrastructure including access points controllers and wireless LAN controllers (WLCs).
• Implement and maintain Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN solutions for efficient and secure widearea networking.
• Utilize routing protocols such as BGP OSPF and EIGRP to optimize network performance and reliability.
• Monitor network performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate network infrastructure with other IT systems and services.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations processes and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends technologies and best practices related to network engineering.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering roles.
• Expertise in Cisco DNAC including design configuration and management.
• Handson experience with Cisco Wireless technologies including Cisco Aironet access points and WLCs.
• Proficiency in Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of routing concepts and protocols such as BGP OSPF and EIGRP.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid understanding of Cisco wireless infrastructure and architecture. Good handson experience with Wireless LAN controller and Cisco AP troubleshooting as well as with the Cisco WLC IOS Code upgrade.
• Hands on experience with configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco WLC models likewith HA SSO and all models of Cisco APs including wave 2 and next generation 9100 series APs.
