Job Description


Release Train Engineer 12 months Brussels

One of our important clients is currently looking for a Release Train Engineer for 12 months and based in Brussels.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Program Manager to facilitate PI planning.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Provide guidance on managing risks and dependencies.
Coach team members in Lean Agility and Scrum practices.
Act as a servant leader guiding the Agile Release Train (ART) toward successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Manage project scopes timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Foster collaboration among analysts UX designers product managers and solution designers to ensure the right solution is delivered efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications ( Must have skills and experience ) :
Master s degree in a relevant field.
Strong technical skills with experience in Cloud development and Frontend development.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution.
Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Proven experience with Clevel executives.
Skill in creating strategic roadmaps.
Ability to align initiatives with organizational goals.

Highly appreciated or willing to learn in own time:
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities including the ability to influence without authority inspire teams and drive change are valuable. Motivating and guiding the teams toward a common goal is highly appreciated.

Conflict Resolution: Being adept at conflict resolution and negotiation is beneficial. You often deals with conflicting priorities differing opinions and resource constraints. The ability to navigate these situations gracefully is valuable.

Stakeholder Management: Building positive relationships with stakeholders executives and business owners is crucial. An RTE who can communicate effectively and manage expectations is highly regarded.

Is familiar with SAFE/Scrum In a typical scenario remote work for 3 days is feasible. However based on the hiring manager s requests and urgent situations additional remote work days may be necessary. Flexibility is key!
