Job Summary
This role is part of our Vendor Risk Analysis which is a team within our Vendor Services department. This position holds formal supervisory authority; and will serve as a coach and player to the Offshore Vendor Risk Analysis Team.
Supervisors work in a leadership role overseeing employees progress. Supervisors will assist with training employees to ensure that Ncontracts goals and service commitments are met. Supervisors are responsible for managing their team members and providing direction including assigning tasks delegating responsibilities and setting goals coaching and managing overall performance.
Essential Functions
1.
Productivity monitoring and statistical trend analysis within area of responsibility
2.
Mentoring performance development and evaluations to include training oversight as well as consistent periodic feedback
3.
Effectively balances all elements of playercoach role on one hand managing tactical supervisory tasks and on the other continuing to spend 50% of time drafting/reviewing work and contributing to overall production capacity
Appropriately delegates including quality assurance measures retraining tasks and trainee reviews

Assists Manager of Vendor Risk Analysis in identifying areas of opportunity for team development including certifications and professional development opportunities

Requirements
Prior experience
Experience in English or legal writing/composition
Previous leadership experience preferred
Education requirements
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Two years related operational experience
