Job Summary
We are seeking a young techsavvy individual with a strong passion for consumer technology to lead our technical team as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role you will be responsible for shaping and executing our technical strategy driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of our product roadmap. Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead mentor and manage the technical team.
2. Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
3. Develop and implement the company s technology strategy and vision.
4. Oversee the architecture and design of the company s technology stack and infrastructure.
5. Manage technology budgets and ensure costeffective use of resources.
6. Ensure the security scalability and reliability of all technical operations.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the technical team.
8. Ensure the company s data and infrastructure are protected against cyber threats.
9. Deep understanding of system design architecture and security best practices.
10.Experience with agile development methodologies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team.
3. Excellent problemsolving skills and a strategic mindset.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Passion for consumer technology and a deep understanding of usercentric design principles.
6. Proven experience (35 years) in a senior technical leadership role preferably as a CTO or Tech Lead.
7. Extensive experience with both frontend and backend technologies particularly in React Native and the MERN stack.
