Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant you ll be the linchpin of our client s luxury apartment management operations. You ll handle crucial tasks that keep the 1000unit portfolio running smoothly from drafting leases to managing communications and coordinating essential services for highend tenants. This role offers a unique blend of real estate industry excitement and the satisfaction of providing topnotch support to a dynamic growing business. You ll work remotely with the flexibility to align your schedule with US time zones ensuring seamless communication and support for the company s busy executives.


Responsibilities
  • Craft and process lease agreements for luxury apartment units ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Efficiently manage and organize email communications acting as the first point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
  • Handle tenant applications with discretion including document uploads and verification processes
  • Coordinate appointments for various services such as internet technician visits enhancing tenant satisfaction
  • Support property management operations through diverse administrative tasks adapting to the evolving needs of the business
  • Organize and prioritize a highvolume workload ensuring all deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles preferably in real estate or property management is required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to draft professional correspondence
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to take initiative in a fastpaced environment
