Job Description
Service Delivery Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed services for the Core Banking Solution (CBS). Preference to someone who has worked with Temenos CBS
- Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, performance standards, and contractual requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
