Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daytoday maintenance of the application systems in operation including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
- Responsibilities also include root cause analysis management communication and client relationship management in partnership.
- Tickets management.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Able to work on shift work.
- Experience with troubleshooting API integration in C# and/or SQL.
- Excellent writing skills and good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is preferred.
