Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: To retrieve and compile data from various sources and enter data into company systems
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to resolve accounting matters.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports. Provide insights
- and updates on sales performance as required.
- Invoice Management: Issue and process sales invoices in a timely manner.
- Perform other adhoc tasks related to accounting and sales support as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related fields is required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must together with other computer applications.
- Preferred with data entry experiences.
- Must be selfmotivated reliable mature with integrity and great willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Candidate must have strong organizational and time management abilities and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
