Job Description:
- Primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to customers resolving support tickets and technical inquiries efficiently.
- Prioritize and manage support tickets to meet the companys established service level expectations.
- Posses the necessary technical knowledge and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues related to company products & APIs.
- To complete the task assigned by superiors in accordance with company goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: with 1 year and above experience.
- A good communication discipline selfmotivated and a team player that able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Recognized Diploma & above.
- Problem solving skills.
- Basic practical knowledge of C# .Net API
- Able to troubleshoot debug and resolve .Net/C#/API application issues.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Remuneration:
RM 2900 RM 4500
