Customer Service

Job Detail:

• Salary: RM 2500 RM 3500
• Working Hours: 9.50 am 7 pm (Monday to Friday).
• Working Hours: 12.50 pm 5 pm Saturday (Alternate).

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone email & face to face.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain customer databases.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
• Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.

Requirements:

• Possess a good command of Mandarin & English in both written and verbal forms.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
• Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
