Vacation Coordinator

Needing Travel Consultants who love to have fun booking travel. Duties include arranging transportation accommodations and entertainment for business and individual travelers. Travel Consultants may also specialize by type of travel such as leisure or business or by destination. They will also promote travel packages on behalf of cruise lines resorts and specialty travel groups. Anyone with an outgoing personality who loves to travel is highly encouraged to apply! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

Arrange travel for business and vacation customers

Determine customers needs and preferences such as schedules and costs

Plan and arrange tour packages excursions and day trips

Find fare and schedule information

Calculate total travel costs

Book reservations for travel hotels rental cars and special events such as tours and excursions

Tell clients about what their trip will be like including giving details on required documents such as passports or visas

Give advice about local weather conditions customs and attractions

Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.

Requirements:

Must be 18 and authorized to work in the US.

High school diploma or an equivalency

Experience in customer service or the travel industry is a PLUS!

Strong ability to communicate in writing and speaking

Excellent and quick decisionmaking skills

Attend webinar training is a must for future travels

Cellphone Tablet or Laptop (recommended)
