CNC Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support CNC department staff to ensure efficiency and capability.
• Generate daily monthly and annual production efficiency reports.
• Purchase and track production tools and materials.
• Manage employee training records and track performance.
• Conduct internal production department audits.
• Act as a liaison between the Director of Manufacturing production employees maintenance staff other departments suppliers and contractors.
• Assist in continuous improvement programs.
• Approve weekly employee timecards and PTO requests.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and cooperate with coworkers management and internal/external customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• 24 years of experience as a lead CNC machinist or supervisor in a CNC machine shop.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Ability to develop presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blueprint reading/literacy including Geometric Dimensions and Tolerance (GD&T).
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards.
• Ability to define problems collect data prove facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to promote excellence among employees.
• Experience in a challenging and fastpaced environment.
