Food Production Lead

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Manage employee work schedules and coordinate breaks.
• Collaborate with mechanics to minimize downtime and assist during breakdowns.
• Plan and monitor raw material needs based on production demands.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and housekeeping procedures and maintain inspection readiness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• 2nd shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
