Our Ops & Delivery team is the powerhouse behind all our projects! Comprising talented engineers and clientsupport collaborators we go beyond traditional project delivery. What will I be doing

As a IT Project Manager your main objective is Client Satisfaction

You will closely collaborate with project stakeholders to better understand client needs and implement appropriate solutions while respecting costs deadlines and quality standards.

You are responsible for coordinating crossfunctional and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle from the discovery and scoping phase to the launch and support of the solution.

As a project manager you will be in charge of :

• Understanding client requirements and supporting delivery teams to build the best solution for each client
• Ensuring good communication and knowledge sharing between delivery teams
• Ensuring communication and coordination between the client and project teams (monitoring reporting rituals etc.)
• Leading and monitoring the projects continuous improvement backlog
• Using your experience and expertise in operational excellence to optimize the value creation flow for our clients

What do I need from you

• Masters in Engineering Computer Science
• 2 year of experience in IT project management or any relevant position
• You are a team player not afraid to interact with clients developers solution architects marketing sales finance etc.
• You are eager to dive into new topics and continuously grow with the organization
• You have good communication skills in both French and Spanish
• You have a significant experience in agile managed projects

Our Recruitement Process

• First meeting with Hari to get to know each other 1 hour
• A visio interview with Pierre (Project manager senior) & Bruno (Delivery Lead) 1 hour
• A case study to do at home and send it to us by mail.
• A last interview on site with Yann & Grgoire (Delivery Lead) 1 hour
