The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the firms presence in the commercial real estate market across Costa Rica Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.

Functions

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals presentations and marketing materials.
5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and client needs.

Requirements

1. Minimum education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
2. Some specific specialties (masters degree/certification):Fluency in English.
3. Minimum experience:Minimum of 58 years of experience in business development sales or a related role in the commercial real estate industry.
