The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the firms presence in the commercial real estate market across Costa Rica Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.

Functions
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Some specific specialties (masters degree/certification):Fluency in English.
- Minimum experience:Minimum of 58 years of experience in business development sales or a related role in the commercial real estate industry.
