Job Description
- ou will be responsible for setting the strategic communication plan for our campus in Södertälje - a task you lead in close collaboration with our senior management teams. Act as an advisor to the business in communication matters and support both our Campus Lead and the head of Sweden Operations in their communication Who are you? In addition to a burning interest in communication and employee engagement, we believe that you enjoy working in knowledge-intensive operations - preferably with previous experience in life science or the technology industry. You come with broad experience from the communications field and are an outgoing person with the ability to take initiative and create the networks you need to deliver your strategy. At the same time, you have a strong drive of your own and the ability to work independently. You are sensitive to your surroundings and are good at maintaining good relationships and cooperation. You are clear and communicative and work in a structured way. You can easily absorb large amounts of information and based on it create messages that appeal to and inspire different staff groups and stakeholders, which in true spirit of the times leads us to the next point – that you are interested in new technology and digitization in the field of communication and have already applied AI as part of the work to develop communication in a business. Your qualifications
- University/college education in media and communication science, journalism, PR/marketing communication or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- We would like you to have experience of working in a large global company and preferably of both internal and external communication
- Previous experience of managing senior stakeholders, both internal and external, is essential
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- You are used to producing messages, speaker points, film scripts, presentation and image material and the like
- You are easy to write and can create easily accessible content for all types of channels
