• Design develop test and deploy productionready backend systems using Python programming language.
• Collaborate with the AI/ML Specialist to ensure seamless integration of machine learning algorithms and models with the backend systems.
• Work closely with the frontend developer to build RESTful APIs and optimize the overall system performance.
• Implement best practices for security scalability and maintainability in the backend codebase.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to continuously improve the quality of the codebase.
• Troubleshoot issues in the backend systems and collaborate with the DevOps team for efficient deployment and monitoring.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies; recommend ways to incorporate new ideas and methodologies into our products.

• At least 3 years of handson experience in developing backend systems using Python programming language.
• Strong understanding of computer science concepts data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with popular Python web frameworks such as Django Flask FastAPI etc.
• Experience with database modeling schema design and query optimization (e.g. SQL NoSQL).
• Familiarity with security protocols and practices such as OAuth JWT and SSL/TLS.
• Knowledge of message queuing systems (e.g. RabbitMQ Kafka Celery) containerization (e.g. Docker) and cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
